4 ways to bring your hoop UP!

We've all been there. You get spinning your hoop on your hips or your waist and then you're stuck. You don't know how to bring your hoop up your body... yet!
No worries, we are here for you!
Before you get started, make sure you stretch and warm up your body. Also, opt for a BIG hoop when working on new on-body skills. We suggest belly button height for new hoopers!
Here are our top 4 moves to get the hoop UP!
One arm shimmy
Two arm shimmy
No arms aka 'The Cyclone'
Floating to halo
Remember, on body takes some time to learn. Most of these moves didn't come right away, but only after lots and lots of patience and practice.
