How can you incorporate these moves into your fitness routine?
- Do each workout in reps of 10/15 and quickly move on to the next. Set your timer for 10 minutes and see how many times you can make it through this fun, full body workout!
- Turn it into a HIIT workout by doing each move 5 times and then taking a one minute rest at the end of the cycle. Repeat.
